Some interviewer like to see how the candidate thinks under stressful conditions, the environment that often describes life at a consultancy that assists clients with make-or-break strategic design programs.
What kind of response do interviewer looks for? “At a minimum, the candidate needs to communicate that the heavier person must sit closer to the pivot point than the lighter person. If the candidate gets up to draw the configuration on the whiteboard, I see evidence that the candidate conceptualizes in images,” he says. For a designer, that’s good.
Solution: The heavier person must sit closer to the fulcrum.
